These terms govern your use of DaftariOS, operated by Wideangle Holdings Limited. By signing up or using DaftariOS, you agree to them.
DaftariOS is a staff accountability and point-of-sale system for guest houses, lodges, spas, and salons. It logs check-ins, transactions, and staff activity to help owners see what's actually happening in their business.
You're responsible for keeping your PIN and your staff's PINs confidential. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business, staff, and pricing information you enter. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
New accounts start with a free trial. Continued use after the trial requires an active paid subscription at the rate for your plan tier, billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed through AzamPay. If payment isn't received, your account moves to a locked state — the owner retains access to settle payment, but staff till access is suspended until resolved.
You agree not to use DaftariOS to record fraudulent transactions, to circumvent the staff device-approval security features, or to attempt to access data belonging to another business, agent, or account. Accounts found doing so may be locked or disabled without refund.
Agents referring new businesses earn commission on the referred business's first 12 consecutive paid months, at the rate agreed at the time. A genuine gap in payment (the referred business missing a billing cycle) resets the commission period. Commission is paid out manually by Wideangle Holdings; the amount owed and paid is visible to the agent in their own portal.
DaftariOS is a tool to help detect and reduce theft and mismanagement — it does not guarantee the elimination of theft, and Wideangle Holdings Limited is not liable for losses arising from staff misconduct, third-party payment provider outages (AzamPay, Beem), or business decisions made based on data shown in the product.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
